At 5pm on Sept 22nd we cutover email services from s5.modernearth.net to one of our local servers. In order to fix the most common issue as a result of this cutover, please do the following:
In your email program (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc.) find your hostname/server settings for your email account. These are generally found under menus with names like Accounts, Tools, File, or something else to that effect.
Replace s5.modernearth.net with whm17.100percenthost.net
Save your new settings, and let your mail application verify them.
If successful, try sending/receiving email.
If not successful, verify port numbers are correct: Inbound (IMAP with SSL): Port 993 Inbound (IMAP without SSL): 143 Inbound (POP3 with SSL): 995 Inbound (POP3 without SSL): 110 Outbound (with SSL): 465 or 587 Outbound (without SSL): 25 or 587
Save your new settings, and let your mail application verify them.
If successful, try sending/receiving email.
If you’re still unable to send/receive, use our webmail portal until we can connect with you to sort this out. To do this, login here https://whm17.100percenthost.net:2096 using your email address and password.
